What services does Creek Ocean Construction offer?
We provide residential and commercial remodelling, commercial renovations for offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and salons, cabinetry and custom millwork, and custom carpentry. From fabrication in our workshop to on-site installation, we build solutions tailored to each space.
How much will my project cost?
Pricing, rates, and estimates vary depending on the project. Please contact our team directly to discuss your project and how it would be priced.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), including Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Sackville, and surrounding communities within HRM. At this time, we do not take on projects outside of HRM.
How long does a project take?
Project timelines vary depending on the scope, size, complexity, and requirements of each project. Contact our team to discuss your project and receive more information about potential timelines.
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship and labour. Materials are covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Creek Ocean Construction is licensed and insured. We maintain COR safety certification and WCB coverage, and our team includes licensed professionals.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We handle the required permits for our projects.
Do you provide design, or work from existing plans?
Both. We can handle design and planning, or work from plans already prepared by your designer or architect. The approach depends on the individual project and its requirements.
Can I see examples of your work?
We do not offer site visits or showroom appointments. You can view examples of our work in the featured projects on this page and on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
